Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento has one body that acts as both the Community Advisory Board and the Community Benefit Committee. The committee is comprised of local community leaders that serve on a volunteer basis to help Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento and Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region stay informed on the needs of the Sacramento community. The committee members, along with staff, look for new opportunities for SMCS through partnerships with community agencies and develop and implement the annual community benefit plan.
