The Joint Replacement Center at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento remains at the leading edge of patient care by investing in the latest technology proven to improve patient outcomes.

Computer assisted technology for joint replacement combines computer technology, cameras and instruments to help surgeons align bones and joint implants with exceptional accuracy. The cameras and detailed information available provide doctors with far greater ability to see and understand structure and mechanics than is possible with the naked eye. The system also enables surgeons to check alignment and positioning throughout the procedure to ensure a better fit between joint, bones and ligaments.
