The adult inpatient program is designed to help the individual resolve the immediate crisis, begin to develop trust, enhance self-confidence and learn new skills for dealing with problems. The structured environment, combined with caring, encouragement and support provides the stable and positive atmosphere needed for continued psychological and emotional growth.
